JP is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and received his Master’s of Sports Science in Sport Fitness & Health from the United States Sports Academy. From his studies, JP has advanced knowledge in diet and nutrition and how it affects human performance. JP has worked as a fitness trainer for over 14 years. He has worked with people of various fitness levels, ranging from severely obese clients to elite athletes.
As a Just You Fitness trainer, he specializes in weight loss, strength training, sport specific training, and nutrition. His goals are to motivate and educate people beyond limits they even thought were possible. He believes that his clients can do anything they put their mind to. He wants his clients walking away each day knowing the physical as well as mental benefits of overall fitness.
